Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in and participation in programmes offered by Pennyark ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 48 Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.
By submitting an enquiry, completing an enrolment, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Programme Enrolment
Enrolment in a Pennyark programme begins when you submit an enquiry through our website or by contacting us directly. A place is reserved for you only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from our team.
Enrolment confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of submission. If you do not receive confirmation within two business days of payment, please contact us at [email protected].
2. Eligibility
Our programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and above. Certain sessions may be more appropriate for specific audiences โ please review the programme descriptions on our Solutions page before enquiring. If you are unsure whether a programme is suitable for your situation, we welcome you to contact us first.
3. Payment
Programme fees are as follows:
- Personal Finance Foundations: RM 650
- Investment Literacy Programme: RM 1,200
- Tax Planning and Compliance Workshop: RM 480
Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment. We accept payment via bank transfer and e-wallet platforms. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your enrolment request. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Withdrawal
If you need to withdraw from a programme after enrolment, please notify us in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- Seven or more days before the first session: We will consider a refund request. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically applied. A processing fee may apply.
- Fewer than seven days before the first session: Refunds will generally not be issued. We will, where possible, offer a transfer of your enrolment to a future intake of the same programme.
- After the programme has commenced: No refund will be issued for sessions already delivered.
If Pennyark cancels or significantly reschedules a programme session, we will notify enrolled participants and offer either a full refund or a transfer to a future intake.
5. Programme Content and Schedule
Programme schedules are confirmed in advance and shared with enrolled participants. While we make every reasonable effort to deliver sessions as planned, Pennyark reserves the right to adjust session dates, facilitators, or content where necessary. We will give reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.
Programmes are delivered in English. Participants are expected to attend sessions in full to receive a certificate of attendance. We are not able to issue certificates for partial attendance.
6. Certificate of Attendance
Participants who complete a programme in full will receive a certificate of attendance from Pennyark. This certificate is a record of participation and does not constitute a professional qualification, accreditation, or licence of any kind. It is not issued by or affiliated with any regulatory or professional body.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, worksheets, slides, handouts, and other content provided as part of Pennyark programmes are the intellectual property of Pennyark. You may use these materials for your own personal reference and learning.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or use any course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Pennyark. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
8. Conduct and Participation
We ask all participants to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees. Pennyark reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with a respectful learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pennyark's programmes are educational in nature. Nothing in our course materials, sessions, or communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice specific to your personal circumstances. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pennyark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in our programmes or reliance on content delivered during sessions.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment will apply to your participation. Continued enrolment or participation after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
