Common Questions

Questions we often hear

Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?

No prior knowledge is needed. The Personal Finance Foundations programme is specifically built for beginners, and all three programmes include framing at the start so participants can find their footing before the detailed content begins.

How are the sessions delivered?

Sessions are held in person at our centre in Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur. Small group sizes allow for genuine discussion and direct engagement with facilitators — something we consider important for this type of learning material.

Are the courses accredited or certified?

Pennyark programmes are practical education courses and are not currently accredited by a regulatory authority. Participants receive a certificate of attendance on completion, which can be documented for continuing professional development purposes.

What language are sessions conducted in?

All sessions are delivered primarily in English, with Bahasa Malaysia used where helpful — particularly when discussing local regulations and terminology. Course materials are in English.

Can I attend individual sessions rather than a full programme?

Each programme is designed as a continuous sequence — later sessions build directly on earlier ones. We do not currently offer single-session enrolment. That said, if you miss a session during a programme, do speak to us and we will do our best to accommodate a catch-up arrangement.

Is there any ongoing support after the programme ends?

Graduates are added to our alumni group, where we periodically share updates on tax changes, regulatory developments, and relevant reading. You are also welcome to write to us with follow-up questions after completing any programme.

How does registration and payment work?

Submit an enquiry using the contact form or call us directly. We will send you full registration details within one to two business days. Payment in full is required before the programme start date, and we accept bank transfer and selected e-wallets.

Do you offer group or corporate arrangements?

Yes — for groups of five or more from the same organisation, we offer corporate enrolment with adjusted pricing. We also run in-house workshops tailored to specific workplace needs. Contact us with your requirements and we can discuss the details.
